Check Out Alexander Moreno’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Moreno.

Hi Alexander , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey has been anything but easy, but everything I’ve gone through has shaped the person I am today. I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, and I’ve had to overcome a lot of challenges throughout my life. There were moments when I didn’t know what my future would look like, but I refused to let my past define me.

I started my career working in retail, eventually becoming an Assistant Manager, and I also worked in beauty, operations, security, and EMS. Along the way, fitness became a huge part of my life. What started as a personal journey to become stronger physically and mentally eventually became something I wanted to share with other people.

I began creating content around fitness, fashion, wellness, and mental health. I wanted people to see that you can come from difficult circumstances and still create something meaningful for yourself. My platform grew, and I started using my story and my content to inspire others, advocate for mental health, and encourage people to break generational cycles.

Today, I’m continuing to build my brand while taking one of the biggest steps of my life moving to Puerto Rico and building my first home. I’m documenting that journey through my “Alex Home on the Island” series, while continuing to focus on fitness, lifestyle, creativity, and mental health awareness.

I’m still growing, still learning, and still figuring things out, but that’s what makes the journey real. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m excited about where I’m going next.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve experienced a lot of ups and downs, setbacks, and moments where I honestly questioned whether I was going to make it to where I wanted to be. I’ve had to overcome personal challenges, financial struggles, career changes, and learning how to rebuild myself when things didn’t go as planned.

One of my biggest struggles has been not allowing the difficult things I’ve been through to define me. There were times when it felt easier to give up, but I kept reminding myself that my circumstances didn’t have to determine my future.

Those experiences actually became part of my motivation. They pushed me to become stronger, take my mental health seriously, pursue my goals, and use my platform to remind other people that their lowest moments don’t have to be the end of their story.

I’m still figuring things out, but I’ve learned that success isn’t about having a perfect journey. It’s about continuing to move forward, even when the road gets difficult.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a content creator, fitness enthusiast, lifestyle personality, and mental health advocate. My content focuses on fitness, fashion, wellness, beauty for men, and real-life experiences. I’m also known for pushing myself physically and mentally through challenges that have a deeper purpose, especially when it comes to bringing awareness to mental health and suicide prevention.

What I’m most proud of is being able to turn my experiences into something positive and use my platform to inspire other people. I’ve never wanted my content to just be about likes or followers, I want people to feel seen, motivated, and reminded that they’re capable of more than they think.

What sets me apart is that I’m not afraid to be myself. I’m a big guy, I’m unapologetically myself, and I bring my personality, humor, vulnerability, and real-life journey into everything I do. I’ve built my platform by being authentic rather than trying to fit into one specific box.

I’m also proud of the fact that I’m constantly evolving. From fitness and modeling to brand partnerships and now documenting my journey of building a home and a new life in Puerto Rico, I’m creating a story that people can follow and grow with. I want my audience to see the wins, the struggles, and everything in between.

How do you think about happiness?
Being able to wake up and breathe the next days air, because not everyone has the same chance of doing that. So I am happy and grateful for that opportunity, also raising awareness on mental health is what brings me joy, allowing others in my community to open up and unpack and guiding them in a better light.
