Today we’d like to introduce you to Meredith Hope.
Hi Meredith, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I took an unusual path into the arts. I went from government, to corporate, to creative entrepreneurship.
I was born in North Carolina, but I have lived on both coasts and spent a lot of time abroad. I served in the military, then built a career in automotive finance in the Washington, D.C., area. I eventually became a finance director, managed a large sales team, and worked with dozens of banks. I enjoyed it and was very good at it, but dance was what made me feel free.
I had no formal dance training. I was a street dancer who loved freestyle, and I began competing while I was living in California. Years later, a friend pushed me to do something serious with that talent. I started a small hip-hop dance company in D.C., but I soon wanted to create work that went beyond one style of dance.
Circus made sense to me because it could include anything. I changed my entire life, moved to Atlanta, rented a studio, and helped build a circus community with dozens of artists. Over time, it grew into a company that creates complete entertainment experiences. We handle performance, choreography, costumes, props, fabrication, lighting, music, production, and choreography. I bought our community building in 2020 after leasing it for about eleven years, and my goal now is to keep making it a place where artists can train, work, and grow.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been an incredible journey but there have been bumps in the road. The startup capital needed more than I anticipated. I have had to be extremely resourceful to get through hard periods and keep the company moving.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Endless Entertainment is a full-scale high impact experiential event entertainment agency and luxury entertainment house. We create sophisticated living art for exclusive events across the country, from corporate galas and brand activations to luxury celebrations and private events.
Our work goes far beyond booking performers. We design complete artistic environments around each client’s vision and brand. That might begin with an elegant living statue or a high-fashion aerial artist, then grow into a full production with custom scenic pieces, lighting, music, choreography, and specialty talent. We conceptualize, fabricate, and produce every experience from start to finish, bringing it all together under one creative vision.
I believe what sets us apart is how closely we listen. Every event has a purpose, and every client wants to create a particular feeling. We pay attention to that feeling and carry it through every detail. My military and corporate background made me disciplined and service-oriented, while my background as a dancer and choreographer allows me to approach each event as an artist. Every element is curated for clients who expect the extraordinary, and we bring their ideas to life with creativity, professionalism, and flawless execution.
I’m proud of the artists we help develop and the creative community we’ve built, but I’m most proud of the memories we create. We get to be part of milestone celebrations, important brand moments, and occasions people may remember for the rest of their lives. That is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
I recommend building more cash capital to start your business than you think you will need. Understand and accept if you’re going to take this mission, take on this mission, that it’s going to be more work than you may expect, but you will build the resilience to push through it.
I love this quote from Alice Walker:
“If you want to have a life that is worth living, a life that expresses your deepest feelings and emotions and cares and dreams, you have to fight for it.”
