Today we’d like to introduce you to RapGame Will.

Hi RapGame, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Originally born in Bainbridge, Georgia from the east side of water street to be exact; I’ve been musically inclined since I was about 12 years old, specifically with an affinity for hip hop. Throughout my adolescent and teenage years I was one foot in and one foot out of the music. In 2021 I got signed to an independent label called Contra Worldwide Recordings by this guy named Haqq Islam after he heard my project titled Living Legend. In about 2022 I moved to Atlanta from Savannah, Georgia to try to break my way into the industry. By 2023 I fell on hard times and left back to Savannah where I started to feel really futile, by 2024 of February I woke up in the hospital after a fentanyl overdose in the Coronary Care Unit, where they had to resuscitate me. After going through all of that I returned to Atlanta with a new fire lit under me. At the beginning of 2026 I dropped a project in February to re-establish myself on the scene titled “PURE WILL.” As we speak today i’m currently preparing to drop my project titled “Diaries of A Dark Night,” a comic book themed hip hop album featuring some premier acts in the Atlanta Underground hip hop scene. Diaries of A Dark Night is set to release on September 11th and is exclusively produced by Wiz Kelly, it contains 12 tracks of pure cinema, lyricism, and a deeper dive into who RapGameWill really is. The lead single “Faith” captivates the listener with elite rapping ability and song making over soulful chops that feels like a fighting scene out of a blaxploitation film. This theme is consistent throughout the entire project and will be my introduction to the world as I establish myself in the industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Losing my first record deal and learning the ropes of the industry early on
Overcoming my misadventures from the streets
Losing friends and loved ones close to me to prison or death
Dying after a fentanyl overdose and coming back to 10x stronger

I am a hip hop artist first and foremost, I specialize in lyricism and story telling, painting pictures that captivate my audience, my new project Diaries of A Dark night complete encapsulates my skillset into one cohesive 30 minute experience

My son Amaru, his mother Ayanna, my siblings, and hip hop music are the most important things to me in life
