Check Out Tatianna Graham’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tatianna Graham.

Hi Tatianna, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my career as a physiotherapist over 15 years ago, fascinated by the human body and passionate about helping people move and feel better. Over time, yoga became an important part of both my personal life and my work, and I began to understand that truly feeling well goes far beyond treating an injury or strengthening a muscle.

That understanding became deeply personal when I sustained a hip injury while running. At the time, it felt like a major setback, as though the goals I had been working toward might no longer be possible. But recovery taught me to stop simply pushing through and start listening more closely to what my body was communicating. By rebuilding patiently, adapting my training, and working with my body rather than against it, I came back stronger than before and ultimately qualified for the Boston Marathon.

That experience changed the way I see injury, recovery, and possibility. It showed me that a setback does not have to define us or limit what comes next. Sometimes, it can become the turning point that helps us develop greater awareness, resilience, and trust in our bodies.

This realization shaped the work I do today and how I parent my 3 kids. I’ve brought together physiotherapy, yoga, breath, nervous system awareness, movement, and mindset through my Move With Ease community, workshops, podcast, speaking, and preventative health advocacy.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: our bodies aren’t something we need to fight or control. When we learn to understand them, trust them, and work with them, so much becomes possible.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies from the inside out: so they can move through setbacks, navigate change, and pursue what matters to them with greater confidence, freedom, and ease.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is ever smooth! But I truly believe I have avoided burnout and major health crisis because of my connection to self and nervous system capacity through running and yoga practice.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a Registered Physiotherapist, yoga teacher, MindBody coach, podcast host, speaker, and founder of the Move With Ease Method. My work brings together physiotherapy, movement, yoga, nervous system regulation, and mindset to help people not only feel better in their bodies, but understand and trust them.

A huge part of my work is teaching people how to tune in and hear the body’s whispers before they become screams. Our bodies are communicating with us all the time, through tension, breath, fatigue, discomfort, changes in movement, and even the way we recover. I want people to become fluent in their own bodies so they can recognize those signals earlier and know how to respond.

This is why I begin with every client at the InnerCore and the breath. I teach the relationship between the diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep core, and breath, and how these systems interact with our nervous system. Before we add more strength, intensity, or performance, I want people to have access to both activation and relaxation. Our ability to regulate, recover, adapt, and perform well depends on being able to move between those states.

What sets my approach apart is that I don’t believe movement or healing exists in isolation. We can’t separate the physical body from our nervous system, our thoughts, our experiences, or the lives we’re trying to live. My physiotherapy background gives me a strong understanding of anatomy and movement, while yoga and mind-body work have taught me the importance of awareness, curiosity, and learning to listen.

I’m probably most known for making complex concepts feel simple and helping people actually feel what I’m teaching in their own bodies. I want people to leave my care with tools they can use themselves, rather than believing they need someone else to continually “fix” them.

What I’m most proud of are the moments when someone does something they had stopped believing was possible. Running again. Moving without fear. Jumping with their kids. Feeling strong. Or simply saying, “I trust my body again.”

Ultimately, I’m not just interested in helping people get out of pain. I want to help them develop the awareness, confidence, and capacity to hear their bodies earlier, respond to what they need, and keep saying yes to the lives they want to live.

What makes you happy?
Outdoors being present with my kids.
It just fills my heart and brings me joy.

I also love running with my husband and my run bestie – we can run for hours when marathon training and chat forever, feeling strong and free in our bodies.
