Today we’d like to introduce you to Caleb Ziegler

Caleb, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Growing up I knew I was different. Always having the most extravagant class project, always best dressed in school, and even outperforming myself in sports. My first love was running. I ran cross country and track and field in high school which then led into a full ride. During training and even my road to Nationals I made myself a lot of promises.
Looking back on it, running that the only place where it was just me… where I could be ME. No other voices telling me what’s right and wrong, who I need to be, or how I need to act.

Fast forward to early 2018, I decided to sell everything and move to Atlanta. I worked for a non-profit organization when I met my now husband who introduced me to the world of real estate. I noticed that agents were not fully utilizing the power of social media.

After learning the real estate agent side of things, I then decided to work for a lender. I wanted to fully understand the home buying process from all perspectives. During this time I had so Realtors® ask if they can hire me to help run their social media. It was then I realized there was a huge demand for my services. So I then decided to create my own marketing agency that was geared towards agents.

Since then we have grown outside of that industry and tapped into beauty, health and fitness, several hotels, and even Atlanta local attractions, such as the Atlanta Botanical Garden.

Hi, my names Caleb and I am a business owner, content creator, and model.

How did I get to where I am today?
Well for starters I didn’t give up. I didn’t give up on the passion, I didn’t give up on always going the extra mile, I didn’t give up on me.

Separating yourself from others is the easiest thing you can do. It’s what make you different that make you stand out. I would encourage others to home in on that.

For me, it’s my attention to detail and creative direction.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Honestly yes it has been a smooth road. Now are there struggles, sure. It’s hard to be creative even single day of the week.

I am so thankful I haven’t had to go out and sell my products or services. We fully run off of referrals.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love love love Atlanta. It’s a melting pot of cultures. It brings a unique vibrancy that is both inclusive and welcoming.

As a pivotal location in the Civil Rights Movement, Atlanta boasts numerous historical landmarks and museums, such as the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park. The city’s deep-rooted history adds a profound layer of significance and pride.

From world-class museums like the High Museum of Art to the vibrant street art in neighborhoods like Little Five Points, Atlanta’s arts scene is dynamic and inspiring. The city’s theaters, music venues, and galleries offer endless opportunities for cultural enrichment.
