Daniel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I began my career unemployed, searching for a job, and I seized an opportunity with a dental tourism company that helps U.S. patients access affordable, high-quality dental care abroad. Over time, I became the most experienced coordinator in the industry, assisting nearly 15,000 patients and generating over $13 million in clinic bookings. Eventually, I resigned as a sales manager and decided to launch my own company. My approach is distinct because many agencies lack in-depth knowledge of the clinics they refer to, or were founded by businesspeople with no experience talking to patients and motivated purely by money; I have assisted thousands, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges US patients face before making this decision.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all! Leaving a steady job to start my own business and follow my dreams with a wife and three kids, with no guarantees of success. Finding talent and hiring are challenging, as are getting funding and managing teams. Anyway, it’s never easy, but it’s very rewarding!
