Hidden Gems: Meet Adrian Young of Capital vision mgmt

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrian Young.

Hi Adrian, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Got started managing after high school, I was the manager on the basketball team, but also wanted to become a sports agent. So after highschool, deciding what I wanted to do. I looked at management in music well the entertainment industry in general. Once I heard my family friend rapping and wanting to take it serious, this was my shot to myself to get in the game and learn. Building years on years, I grew to love managing and created a whole business behind, working with all different entertainers. Capital vision was born years later, the roaster of artist and the team grew. Now, trying to make the right moves, it’s getting surreal

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing is a smooth road in life, there’s always ups and downs. When you enjoy/love what you do, as bumpy as the roads are, you’ll see seem to feel the roads smooth. They say management isn’t just managing their business, it’s a marriage, I’m managing their whole life. Life problems, financial problems, career issues, all falls on me, that’s just what comes with it. The type of person I am, it’s a perfect struggle. Finding balance is the real struggle

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
‘We see your talent, you to capitalize the vision”. It’s the slogan I first ever created, meant a lot hearing it. Giving any creative the belief to make their goals possible. Talent is the start, but hard work makes you a legend. From the ground up we start here, artist development: sound and image. Taking the time to build and find the right fan base. Honouring all the creative process, and letting you shine. What sets us apart, is we’re building a real community with tangible experiences. Most proud of the team, and who we service as management. What I would like the viewers to know, coming to our brand it’s a family, what we offer is structure and service nurturing acts.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love the culture the most about our city, the least is the unity
