For 14 years, I thrived in the world of cosmetic retail, helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I loved connecting with clients, listening to their needs, and creating moments that made them light up. Over time, I felt a pull toward something deeper—something that went beyond the surface. I wanted to support people in a way that nurtured their whole well-being, not just their appearance. That’s what led me to massage therapy. It felt like a natural evolution—still caring for people, still creating moments of comfort and confidence, but now through healing touch and mindful connection. It’s a path that allows me to bring heart, presence, and purpose into every session.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Massage therapy has been such a smooth and fulfilling journey for me. I truly feel blessed to wake up each day and do what I love—helping others find ease, balance, and connection in their bodies. This work grounds me and gives me a deep sense of purpose.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Energy Healer, located inside of 3 Down Dogs Yoga Studio in Loganville, GA.
I’m passionate about helping people feel at ease in their bodies. I specialize in creating a calm, supportive space where clients can let go of stress, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. What I’m known for is my gentle yet intuitive touch and approach — blending skill, presence, and genuine care into every session.
What sets me apart is the way I focus on the whole experience, not just the massage itself. I truly listen to my clients and their to tailor each session to meet their unique needs, so they leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and cared for.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of creating something that feels personal and real — a space where people can slow down and prioritize their well-being.
