Husband and Wife Ambassador Dr. (hc) Chaudhry Masood Mahmood Bhalli and Lady Ambassador Dr. (hc) Randi D. Ward met on Facebook Messenger over five years ago. Masood was a Pakistani entrepreneur living in Pakistan at that time. Randi lives in Metro-Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Although many people would consider their connection unusual and unlikely because of their cultural and religious differences, they bonded quickly as friends and then later became romantically connected.

As they got to know each other, they discovered they shared the same high moral values and standards both personally and professionally. Their various and numerous areas of business expertise also complemented each other perfectly. So, on May 10, 2021, Dr. Masood created RM Infinite (OneStop Possibilities) and registered their company in Pakistan. They provide the following services.

Below are the Editing/Writing/Coaching Services Dr. Randi provides:
1. Book Writing Coaching—Consultations on discovering the author’s book themes, fictional story plots, personal stories, nonfiction topics, etc. and guiding the author through the writing process. This is done on an hourly basis; the number of sessions is determined by need and/or progress. Her general Fee is $50 to $75 an hour, but special packages can be purchased to reduce the hourly cost.
2. Master Editing—Grammar, Content, etc. for Client Books, Magazine Articles, etc.
3. Content Editing—Checking for the completeness, flow, and construction of ideas and stories, working paragraph by paragraph and chapter by chapter offering corrections, pointing out incomplete sections, and offering constructive advice on smoothing the flow and construction of the manuscript.
4. Copyediting—Finding mistakes in spelling and grammatical structure.
5. Final Editing if requested after the book has been designed and formatted (called a “proof); a final, careful review before the book goes to print.
Editing Fees are determined by the services requested and the total number of words but usually 5 cents a word. For writers on a tight budget, special deals may be available and negotiated on a person-to-person basis and the manuscript size.
6. Ghost Writing for Clients for Magazines, Biographies, etc. Fee based on number of words similar to Editing or upon an agreed price.
7. Expert Advice on Publishing Books—Fee of $25 for 30-minute Consultation.

Since the creation of RM Infinite (OneStop Possibilities), the company has successfully provided complete book publishing services to several customers, including book coaching and master editing by Dr. Randi. With his hand-picked staff, Dr. Masood personally supervises the complete book publishing process, including book formatting, book cover designing, interior book designing, paper and binding selection, photo quality revision (if applicable), printing, quality control management once books are printed, and marketing if requested. Making sure the client is 100% satisfied is his utmost priority. He has also assisted authors (if desired) in donating their books to International Libraries in Islamabad, Pakistan; Alexandria, Egypt; India; Frankfurt, Germany; Nairobi, Kenya; and the USA. The company highly encourages the availability of books for easy access to those who need this. Providing education via books is also one of RM Infinite’s primary goals.

Dr. Masood successfully supervised the translation of an English Language Book into Arabic in 2025 and provides this translation service if requested in many languages since he is multi-lingual.
