Hi Jada, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
First 90 minutes of my day I read the bible and daily devotion, listen to gospel, pray to set the tone and prepare for the rest of the day.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Coach Jada, a Certified Fitness Trainer and the founder of Finest Form Athletics/Performance, which combines my fitness apparel line with my work as a fitness instructor and content creator. What makes my brand truly unique is that it’s faith-based, built on the motto: Faith. Consistency. Discipline.
As a believer in Christ, my mission is to use fitness as a ministry empowering women not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually. I’m passionate about creating safe, motivating spaces where women can build confidence, discipline, and strength from the inside out.
After rebranding, I’m preparing to launch a new merch line that represents more than style it’s a daily reminder of faith and perseverance. And, God willing, within the next few years, my ultimate goal is to open a women’s training gym a faith-filled environment where women can come together, grow stronger, and walk boldly in their purpose.

I aways say I want everyone to be able to say the same thing about me. Everyone gets the same ME. I do not change for or around people. And I’m really big on doing right by people
