We’re looking forward to introducing you to Jasmine Lane REALTOR. Check out our conversation below.
Good morning Jasmine, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me, right now, looks like waking at 5am, praying and then preparing my Kindergartener for school. We leave home for the bus stop at 6:10am and I’m back home by 6:40am to look at my “To Do List” and re-prioritize my day, if necessary. At 7:30am, I wake and dress the twins to get ready for daycare and the van picks them up at 8am. When they’re gone, I get to work. Work consists of client follow-ups, lead generation for new clients, researching the market, door knocking, social media posting, and fulfilling the duties of any side projects I have. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I start my day with a quick fruit-filled breakfast and hit the gym. Tuesdays and Thursdays, still a fruit-filled breakfast but I open my laptop. I work until about 11am, take break to eat, catch up with family/friends, watch a show, and pray. By 12:30pm, I’m back to work until around 3pm, when I take a nap before the children come home. By 4:15pm, the twins are getting dropped off and then we leave to go pick up my Kindergarten from the bus stop. Then, I’m on “Momma Duty”, cooking dinner by 5/5:30pm, giving showers by 6:30pm, having the children get in their rooms to wind down at 7pm, I read with my Kindergartener, and then lights out, “Momma Duty” done by 8pm. After that, I plan out the next day and accomplish some things I may not have gotten to. At 9:30pm, I’m doing something I enjoy until about 10:30pm when I pray and go to sleep.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Jasmine Lane, the owner of Love Lane Realty. The first time Voyage highlighted my journey, I was focused on building a new brand. Now, I’m focused on building a movement.
At Love Lane, we believe that real estate isn’t just about property; it’s about a powerful, positive, and personable journey to finding your perfect place in the world. Our mission is to help clients “Love Their Lane,” whether that’s through buying, selling, or investing.
So, what makes us different? We focus on manifestation, education, genuine relationships, community, and innovation—all with energy, intelligence, determination, and a whole lot of love. We specialize in serving luxury clients, single mothers, and educators, but are open to helping anyone wanting to work with us because everyone deserves to love their lane.
I believe your home is your ultimate sanctuary, and your real estate journey should be a joyous adventure. That’s “The Love Effect.” We’re not just guiding you to a house; we’re helping you find your way home.
So, to anyone ready to make a move, let’s talk. Your next great adventure is waiting.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest feeling of true power came with a simple, profound realization: I have limitless power within me. It’s the kind of power that comes from a deeper place—from a connection to my spirituality, a dive into the metaphysical, and an intentional practice of manifesting the reality I desire.
I began to visualize my goals, not just for myself, but for my business and my clients, and I watched them come into fruition. Now, let’s be real—the journey isn’t always perfect. The world will test your resolve, and negative thoughts will try to creep in. That’s when the real work begins: reflecting, healing, and reconnecting with your innermost self.
I use these powerful tools to help my clients far beyond a real estate transaction. My mission is to uplift, motivate, and guide them to recognize the incredible power within themselves. Because when you truly “Love Your Lane,” you can manifest anything—including your perfect home.
Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
My little cousin’s journey taught me a powerful lesson about what happens when when I share my wisdom and someone truly listens. She had a dream of moving from our small hometown in Delaware to Los Angeles, but fear and doubt were holding her back. She was terrified of failing, having to return home, and wondering what people would say or think about her.
When she called me, I knew what she needed wasn’t a solution, but a shift in perspective. I told her, “It doesn’t matter if you fail. What matters is what you do next. A fear of failing keeps you stagnant, but failing forward shows resilience and will eventually lead to success. Don’t worry about what people think of you. ? If you fail, know that you’ll get back on your feet for yourself and no one else.”
She listened. She moved. She faced her fears head-on. She grinded and manifested her dream. Today, she’s a thriving personality on a national platform, traveling the world and living the life she always imagined.
That moment showed me the impact of offering wisdom and support. It’s why at Love Lane Realty, we believe our job is about more than just homes. We listen to your fears, understand your dreams, and empower you with the resilience to navigate your real estate journey. Because whether it’s a new city or a new home, we’re here to help you “Love Your Lane” and find your way forward.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
Easy. The growth and development of my family, along with my global impact on the world, are the non-negotiable projects of my life.
As a devoted mother of three—a five-year-old boy and two-year-old twins—I live a life with an unwavering emphasis on God, love, education, and community, in that order. I am committed to instilling the character, skills, and knowledge necessary to raise happy, healthy, and successful children.
I’m also a devoted woman to a deserving man. I pour into his cup with love, power, intuition, patience, spontaneity, and intellect so that he has everything he needs to succeed in his endeavors. This is a commitment I will never stop making, for the rest of my life.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
When all is said and done, my greatest hope is to be remembered as someone who led with love, pure intention, and brought a bit of joy and happiness to every life I touched. More than any professional title, I would want my legacy to be defined by my roles as a great wife, mother, family member, and friend.
I hope people will recall me as empathetic, creative, and thoughtful, yet also as someone who was straight-to-the-point, helpful, and fun. The mark I want to leave on the world is the exact one it needed at that time—a powerful, positive imprint on people’s lives and on my community. This is not just a personal philosophy; it’s the very foundation of my work at Love Lane Realty.
