Katelynn , we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
I’ve made a lot of sad songs but this song I just recently made is the first song that has made a person cry. 4 at that. I made 4 people feel my song on a person level. That’s all I’ve ever wanted to accomplish with my music.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Katelynn King. I’m 23 years musician/artist from Atlanta, Georgia. I think what differentiates me from other artists is I’m very capable over being in ever genre of music. Growing up on every song kind music shaped who I am.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship I have with my engineer has shaped me in very many ways.
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
Music. That’s simple. Music helps me with every emotion.

Honestly. I am overly honest.
