Yvetta , we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is most important to me. Integrity is the foundation that everything else is built on — character, business, relationships, and faith.
When you follow through on your promises and mean what you say, you build trust — and people feel safe with you. People may follow talent or success for a moment, but they stay loyal to integrity. It’s not a position, but a principle. When your word has weight, your influence lasts.
As the saying goes, “To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved.” Trust becomes your security, and integrity is your protection.
Integrity means being at peace with yourself — with your values and your choices — even when no one is watching. It’s laying your head down at night knowing you didn’t betray or cheat yourself for a win or to get ahead. It’s your spirit staying true to itself.
In this chaotic world, integrity becomes your anchor. Along with your faith, it shields you from panic decisions, guilt, and regret. It keeps you grounded in truth and character when life or emotions test you.
For the faith-driven, integrity is an act of worship. It’s saying, “I will walk in truth, even when no one sees but God.”

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Yvetta Young, Founder and CEO of Regenerations Body Company, also known as Regenerations Wholesale.
Our brand is rooted in faith and dedicated to creating luxury body and wellness products that nourish the skin, uplift the spirit, and promote balance.
At Regenerations, we believe self-care transcends skincare — it’s a lifestyle of renewal. Each product, from our rich body butters to our signature fragrance oils, is crafted with intention to remind people that healing, confidence, and luxury can coexist.
What began as my personal passion to create something meaningful has grown into a brand that bridges beauty and wellness with heart. We’re not only developing new collections that embody care, confidence, and calm, but also helping other entrepreneurs bring their product dreams to life through Regenerations Wholesale.
Through every venture, my guiding principle remains simple yet powerful: Faith. No matter where you are in your journey, keep moving forward.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
What breaks the bonds between people — and what restores them?
Bonds between people are often broken by misunderstanding, pride, and unmet expectations — when ego speaks louder than empathy, or when we stop seeing each other’s hearts and start reacting to one another’s flaws, often because of our own insecurities.
Distance doesn’t always begin with miles; sometimes it begins with silence.
What restores those bonds is grace, communication, and genuine care — the willingness to listen, to forgive, and to remember that love requires effort. Healing relationships often means humbling ourselves enough to rebuild trust, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Looking inward — through faith, compassion, truth, and love — is what ultimately carries us back to one another.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes — many times. But I had to push through. Life has a way of throwing things at you that you don’t feel prepared for — or at least, you think you’re not. That’s when my faith steps in, and when I lean on community.
You can’t be afraid to be vulnerable with your support system — they’re God’s way of reminding you that you’re never alone. And when you truly understand that, it brings your faith to the forefront and gives you the strength to keep going.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Integrity is the foundation of everything I do — in business, relationships, and faith. I believe your word should mean something. In a world where shortcuts are common, integrity keeps you aligned with your purpose and allows others to trust your vision.
I also protect authenticity and faith within my work culture. I encourage honesty, openness, compassion, and accountability — because real success isn’t just about what you build, but how you build it. Integrity and faith walk hand in hand; together, they shape how we serve, create, and connect with others.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m with my fur baby, Mister Pickles, and my family. Those moments remind me of what truly matters
love, comfort, and connection. Being surrounded by that kind of warmth brings me back to center and fills me with gratitude.
