Today we’d like to introduce you to Jovonnie Cox.

Jovonnie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
“I’ve achieved the plaques, the AVN chart-toppers, and the magazine covers, and I will always be proud of pioneering a path in the LGBTQ+ entertainment space. But for me, the ultimate goal has always been about building a lasting legacy. Family and tradition come first, which is why I am incredibly proud to announce that my family has officially launched the very first Black-owned cannabis company. I’ll be stepping into a partnership role with them very soon, taking everything I’ve learned as a businessman and influencer to help lead this historic venture.”

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting a new company from the ground up is of course a struggle, especially in a new field and regulatory factors are always changing. But we over came did as family and partners

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a professional Advocate of the LGBTQ community, I have been labeled a legend in the adult entertainment industry as I have been awarded titles, plaques, and magazine covers, even the Best of dvd complications

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Being able to understand people, listening is key then responding to the best of my ability to get there needs met in
