Meet Victoria Martinez of Vitrend Production LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Martinez.

Hi Victoria , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m originally from Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, and I moved to the United States in 2014 as an international student. I attended college and played soccer, but after an injury and financial challenges changed that path, I had to redefine what I wanted for my future.

I have always been creative and passionate about bringing people and ideas together. In 2019, I founded Vitrend, initially producing events and beauty masterclasses. Through those experiences, I discovered that what I loved most was helping people share their stories, build their brands, and create meaningful connections.

Over time, Vitrend evolved into Vitrend Production, a creative production and marketing company specializing in photography, videography, content creation, branding, and digital marketing. I taught myself many of the technical and business skills I needed, investing in equipment, education, and countless hours of practice while continuing to learn through every project.

Today, I work with businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals to create content that not only looks beautiful but also clearly communicates who they are. Building this company has required resilience, discipline, and the courage to keep moving forward even when I did not have everything figured out. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I still feel like I’m only getting started.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Moving to a new country meant adapting to a different culture, learning a new language, and rebuilding my life far away from everything familiar. When an injury and financial challenges interrupted my college and soccer journey, I had to let go of the future I had originally imagined and create a new one for myself.

Building Vitrend has also come with many challenges. I started without a roadmap, teaching myself photography, filmmaking, marketing, and the business side of running a company. There were seasons of inconsistent income, limited resources, self-doubt, and moments when I questioned whether I was capable of making my vision a reality.

One of my greatest lessons has been understanding that entrepreneurship requires more than talent. It demands discipline, resilience, adaptability, and the willingness to keep showing up even when the results are not immediate. Every challenge has pushed me to become more resourceful, confident, and intentional. The road has not been easy, but it has shaped both the business owner and the woman I am today.

We’ve been impressed with Vitrend Production LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Vitrend Production LLC is a creative production and marketing company based in Atlanta. We help businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals bring their ideas to life through photography, video, branding, social media content, and digital marketing.

What makes Vitrend different is that we genuinely care about the story behind every business. For us, it is never just about creating a beautiful video or taking good pictures. We want to understand who you are, why you started, and what you want people to feel when they discover your brand. From there, we create content that feels authentic to you while still being professional, strategic, and visually impactful.

One of the things I am most proud of is watching a client become excited about their own brand again. Many people come to us with amazing ideas but do not know how to communicate them. I love helping them organize that vision, feel comfortable in front of the camera, and finally see their business the way they always imagined it.

Vitrend has grown with me, and I have poured so much of myself into building it. Every project, challenge, and client has helped shape the company into what it is today. Now we are working toward opening our own creative studio—a space where businesses and creators can feel inspired, create freely, and bring even bigger ideas to life.

For me, this is about more than content. It is about helping people believe in what they are building and making sure the world can see its value too.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I believe luck can open a door, but it cannot do the work for you. I have been fortunate to meet incredible people, work with clients who trusted my vision, and find opportunities that helped me grow. I am deeply grateful for all of that.

Something that has helped me tremendously is being extremely positive. Even when things do not go according to plan, I try to believe that there is another solution, another opportunity, or something important I am meant to learn. That mindset has carried me through moments when it would have been much easier to give up.

I also believe that having support at home is incredibly important. Entrepreneurship is an emotional game. One day you feel unstoppable, and the next you may question everything you are building. Having family and loved ones who remind you of who you are, encourage you, and figuratively place a hand on your back when you feel like everything is lost can make all the difference. Sometimes they believe in your vision during the moments when you are struggling to believe in it yourself.

Much of what people may see as good luck has actually come from years of showing up, learning, creating, and continuing even when I felt afraid or uncertain. Luck may have placed certain opportunities in front of me, but positivity, discipline, consistency, and the support of the people I love helped me recognize them and turn them into something meaningful.

So yes, luck has played a role in my journey, but it has never been the whole story. I am where I am today because I stayed positive, kept believing, accepted the support around me, and continued doing the work. It was not just luck; it was faith, resilience, discipline, love, and the decision to keep going.
