Meet Zephaniah Jones and Johnathan Hall of Think All Be All in Montgomery

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zephaniah Jones and Johnathan Hall.

Zephaniah and Johnathan, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Think All Be All was a joint idea that was thought up in middle school by my brother (best friend) and I. We always talked about starting a business and after years of talk, it was time to take action. 2018 was the year that the puzzle started coming together in my apartment. I was teaching the information I learned about real estate to my brother when he said, “if you can think it, you can be it” somewhere in our conversation to something I said. It was at that moment I knew the name of the business we would start, Think All Be All. From there we gathered the equipment that we had and I said, let’s perform for the community to let them know who and what we are, from there the rest is history! Nearly 300 performances later, we have embarked on a journey to expand the creative arts in and around our community with a much bigger vision in mind.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The smoothest thing was setting up the idea funny enough. The toughest part and still can be the level of energy and commitment to the goals. When you invest in your dreams, the biggest thing is learning to shift your mindset to truly unlock your working tools. When it comes to working with others, you begin to learn a ton about yourself and how others work around you. Building the structure from the ground up is no easy task and it’s important that you try to get it done right the first time because rebuilding is a pain, but necessary if you haven’t worked out the kinks. The biggest obstacle, like many others, will say, is the push to get started. Although we have been pushing it for a while, there are so many times When I look at what we do and go wow, there is a bit of hesitation in getting this done, but again that comes down to the mindset.

Please tell us more about your work. What do you guys do? What do you specialize in? What sets you apart from competition?
We specialize in live performance for up and coming artists at the moment. There are a ton of things being built that will display the other talents we have, and where excited for it! We are really proud of the avenues we’ve opened for others to perform and have access to talented people around them to make their dreams possible. Not only are we young and hungry for nurturing creativity, we are also invested in the process as owners and avidly work to produce a great experience for those working with us. It’s the experience and understanding that we have to make things happen that surprises people and gives us an underdog edge.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment so far has actually been every moment we meet and work with someone new. The benefit of doing so many live performances is that a lot of the time, they are the first time someone was given the opportunity. We work with such talented individuals and to see them pull off what they’ve done is a blessing every time I get to work with them.
