Lakeisha, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Reciting my gratitude mantras as soon as I open my eyes. Taking a 3 mile walk with my dog Sheba, and reflecting on the day ahead of me, on my back porch with a cup of coffee.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi I am Chef Keisha El, I am a vegan chef, content creator, author, Army veteran, breast cancer killer, mother and goddess. My social media handle/business name is Kitchen Konjure, you can find me on tik tok, facebook, IG & you tube. I have a book out now on Amazon called Viva La Vegan, a Mexican Plant Based Cook book. I also created an amazing Low Sodium Taco Seasoning that can be found on my website www.kitchenkonjure.com. I have been a Sea Moss Distributor for the 7 years. I would love to eventually venture off into public speaking.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
When I moved to Arizona with 2 children, no money, no plan and no family there. I did inner work, I built myself back up,and knew I could do anything I put my mind to.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Public speaking hands down!

Religion and Politics are the most divisive useless concepts ever created.
