Hi Ne’Shia , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
The most recent moment that has made me proud was when I did a sip and paint for the older crowd for my hometown Gary, IN! It made me feel overly joyed to know that I curated such an artistic and exciting experience for them . They enjoyed themselves and were proud of what they created!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello , I’m Ne’Shia , owner of Shi.Wines LLC. I hand paint wineglasses; canvases, wine bottle decor; and host sip & paints! My business is unique because I have true passion that motivates me. I truly enjoy being an artist and providing art for all purposes. I believe art is apart of healing humanity and being a reflection of our daily lives.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
I believe the survival stage of myself has been useful but is no longer needed. I have to realize that it’s okay to just live without always being on the defense. I suggest to myself to just flow with the currents of life.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
In my experience, suffering has taught me that things aren’t permanent. The suffering has an expiration date if you let it . Also suffering has taught me to turn to God in the darkest moments because I can’t do it all alone .
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes , I’m extremely big on authenticity. I will always be myself in every way on any room . It’s always free to be yourself. It costs more being someone you’re not.

If I retired tomorrow I believe customers would miss my authenticity and professionalism.
