After that, I engage in my personal hygiene routine, including brushing my teeth, washing my face, showering, and grooming, which refreshes me and prepares me for the day ahead. I wake up at 5:45am, make fresh coffee (fresh coffee grounds over Keurig any day), and take 15-20 minutes to look over the news etc. Then I’m off to the gym by 6:15am and make sure to get at least an hour workout in.
