What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

There is no one path – to success or even to New York (or Kansas). Similarly, what matters to others can vary widely – so we tried to tighten up that question to focus on three key traits to see what most folks in our community valued most – intelligence, energy, or integrity?

Integrity matters more to me than intelligence or energy. Intelligence can be used for cruelty, and energy can shift—but integrity keeps me from ever knowingly harming or manipulating others. It ensures I remain fair and honorable in all my interactions. Read more>>

Well, in my opinion integrity is the most important quality between these three options. Intelligence is importantly of course, we need it for survival and progression. Yet without wisdom and compassion can lead to detriment. Energy fluctuates, depending on the circumstances, the need to shift in order to get the best outcome is not always in our control.
