How Kaviar Sundays Is Building a Creative Career Fueled by Purpose, Community, and Staying Focused

For Kaviar Sundays, every creative pursuit — from music and film to fashion and nonprofit work — serves a larger purpose of inspiring others and creating meaningful impact. As she prepares to release her new single Just Stay Focused, Kaviar continues to embrace storytelling across multiple platforms while encouraging listeners to stay disciplined, dream boldly, and keep moving toward their goals. With ambitions that stretch from touring and filmmaking to one day becoming an EGOT winner, she’s building a career rooted in creativity, intention, and community.

Kaviar, you’ve continued expanding your creative career across music, film production, fashion, and nonprofit work while preparing to release a new single. How have these different ventures influenced one another, and how have you evolved as both an artist and entrepreneur?
To be a creator is one of the most fulfilling experiences we can partake in. Each of these spaces of work requires a certain level of creativity, curiosity & vulnerability to learn and try new things. Film production has expanded my perspective on music videos. Fashion has allowed me to expand my wardrobe and wear clothes that tell stories of who I am and what my music represents. The non profit space has shown me that giving back is always important and to be rooted in my community. I’ve evolved a lot in the music space and these different worlds have blessed me to better express myself.

You’re releasing a new single this Friday, and you’d like to use this feature to introduce it to new audiences. What inspired the song, and what do you hope listeners take away from it?
The song was inspired by creating something that felt grown & sexy but remembering the grind. Just Stay Focused is about how far you can make it with someone by your side but remembering to avoid the distractions. I hope listeners think about their day to day and it becomes an anthem for anyone and everyone.

In addition to your music, you’re involved in film production, clothing design, and leading a nonprofit focused on health and wellness. How do these different passions connect, and what larger mission ties them all together?
Music & film seem to be more intertwined but they are more so parallel to one another. For me, they all connect in small ways that is me to make a larger impact on the world. Fashion is always important in the music world and both drive the culture. The non profit space in my mind is the largest mission of them all. Health & wellness lead to my vitality and how I am presenting myself to those who come after me. Spreading the message of music can be super impactful when done intentionally and positively.

Balancing multiple creative and community-driven pursuits isn’t easy. How do you stay focused while continuing to grow across so many different industries?
I stay focused by creating daily tasks that can be accomplished little by little. Time management has become my biggest lesson in the process of growing across industries. In addition to that staying patient. Sometimes people think you’re not completely invested into something if they don’t see you doing it every day. To me learning what’s important and when it needs to be executed has helped me find my best success. Although there is still work to be done my song is a reminder to keep pushing forward.

Looking ahead, what excites you most about this next chapter of your career, and what goals are you hoping to accomplish through your music and the broader impact of your work over the next few years?
I’m super excited for what the future holds. Though it is difficult to pinpoint one thing, I would say going on tour is the most immediate thing. On my bucket list of accomplishments I’m looking to become an EGOT winner, perform at various festivals & late night shows and last but not least host SNL. The broader impact over the next few years is to executive produce films that shift the culture and inspire young girls who are like me to do the same.
