I pursued a psychology degree because I’ve always been fascinated by people—what hurts us, what heals us, and how we change. I earned an MBA because vision needs a vehicle. Those lenses—human and operational—shaped my career in project management and data governance, where I learned to untangle complexity and design systems that actually work. All the while, my pen never stopped moving. Read more>>

I got into this business about four years ago, and it all started when SunTrust and BB&T merged. Fantastic article/interview with the up and coming Yo-Pro Joseph Lucido…how inspiring to read about a young man’s dreams in articulate fashion with clear vision and strong work ethics. A suggestion…you all should check back in on individuals you feature in a 2 to 5 years period and see where they are personally and professionally. Individuals like myself who enjoy your publication would appreciate that type of continuity and thoroughness.
